I found a few comments from a year ago re this issue but no resolution: I receive an Error upon boot-up: Driver not loaded...Contact Technical Support." then, a Caution: Unable to initialize IBM Rapid Restore PC." Is there a difference between System Restore and Rapid Restore? At any rate, my machine is functioning fine otherwise. IBM ThinkPad G40. Just prior to this happening, I did do a system restore but it would not let me do it on the "point - day" I choose. I simply picked an earlier date, and everything was fine. Except... now I keep getting these messages. I found a document on Lenovo: ID MIGR-54488, dated 2004-08-11 telling solution: If you need to restore to an earlier point in time, use Rapid Restore Ultra to restore to that time, and then use Rescue Files and Folders for any additional data." Wow - what is the Ultra? I'm afraid to do anything - can someone advise me? Thank You.
