I found those same blue rails in an IBM IntelliStation M Pro. They are not exactly the same as the Lenovo 'rails with handle', but they work. My rails have an individual part number of P23P1327, and the part number for a package of two is P23P1330.

Thanks for sharing your links as well - looks like the drive tray rails are now out of stock on your ebay link, so members may need to search a bit more. The power connector cable you show will work, and the 90 degree end really makes a difference. There is another SATA cable that has a 90 degree end on one end, and a straight SATA plug on the oth... that would attach directly to the system board and could be another option for people.
