T42 Won't start Window due to Virus

How can I get to get rid Virus if I can't get into computer?  Any help? Can I burn a start up disc on CD-R's and load them onto the computer that is not letting me on?

Can't it even not boot into recovery partition? Does thinkvantage/Access IBM button do anything when you press it when the system boots?
