I have installed IBM RSAII adaptor. After I boot, I get an bios error message d2 which means: D2 Unknown interrupt error.
Do you know where can be problem?
I've also tryed to connect the SYS MGMT (RJ45) port. My network card on laptop registred there is a connected cable, but I was unable to ping or telnet to the RS110 server. Previously (without RSAII) it accted like there is nothing plugged in.
Thank you!

When you put RSA II into machine, didi you also update RSA II to FW for this RS110 machine?
RSA has unique FW for each model line.

Finally I have updated the firmware on RSA II adapter. I was using firware for x3250 as x3550 won't boot either at http://www-947.ibm.com/systems/support/supportsite
I will rewrite the firmware when previous link become accesible.
Thank you very much for all help.

Just one update to the solution.
After updating the firmware I was able to boot into the OS. However BIOS was still responding error 178 (not available VPD). That meant RSA II was not communicating corretly with on-board BMC controller so I was not able to use monitoring and power features like restarting the server.
Correct firware to card to update was from x3250 m2 which I found here http://www-947.ibm.com/systems/support/supportsite
