IBM T120 monitor is not displaying smoothly

I don't really know where to go with his post, but I have an issue with my IBM T120 monitor.

Despite everything that's static (desktop, photos,..) looks good, but as soon as something is moving (cursor, videos, games) you can notice little jumps and skips in the motion.

But, is this a specific issue or failure or can this be solved?

PS: I've alreadt replaced the "generic pnp driver" with the ibm4945.inf, but it didn't help much.

I've also tried 2 PC's and it's definately monitor-related.

Any ideas?

[ Edited ]

it is probably to do with the fact that the screen has a 16 ms response, as compared to most other monitors with 8 ms or 5 ms, this used to happen in an old Dell 20 inch LCD screen we had in the lab. The pixel response time is just too slow.
