I have the 7767-96U where it supposes to have turbo memory, but the previous owner has the turbo memory taken out by Lenovo due to BSOD and crashes etc during its early days of acquiring it.
Now it has a non-working "PCI memory" device at PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 2, device 0, function 0) without a driver... as shown in device manager
The X61 tablet is still under warranty, and I'm also wondering if I can have Lenovo support reinstall the turbo memory back for me, as 7767-96U is listed as a turbo-memory equipped model

I rolled back to XP Tablet 2005 and have the same issue...thought it was the SD Card Reader at first but is not. I too had this feature active back in the short relationship I had with Vista Ultimate...looking forward to seeing some progress on this one.
Wonder if this is the answer though..... http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/documen

I had the same problem on my W500, running Vista Ultimate...
PCI Memory Controller was missing a driver (with the same data as you), it was fixed when I installed the Turbo Memory Driver..
So my guess is that the link to the "turbo memory driver disable" will work in XP
